  1. How long does it take for shipping normally?

Normally, it takes 5-15 working days to ship, depends on which country you are shipping to. This is an estimated delivery time for reference only. Mokuomo bear no responsibility on the delay due to custom clearance or unexpected condition. 

  1. What is the warranty and exchange policy?

All personal product will not be able to enjoy any warranty and exchange policy.

All of the non-personal product client will be able to enjoy the free 100 days (from the day of dispatch) warranty and exchange policy. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects on the product itself. The warranty doesn’t cover any other damages. Client should send pictures of the defected products to contact@mokuomo.com and also provide the purchase receipt. Our customer service will review your case and come back to you as soon as possible. Shipping cost incurred will be bear by the client. In case of any dispute, Mokuomo reserves the final decision.

  1. What should I do if I found my package lost?

Please email contact@mokuomo.com or contact us through Facebook as soon as possible. Please notice that our team will try to help you to solve the problem, but we bear no responsibility on the lose during delivery.

If you have already completed the order and paid, we are sorry that the order can no longer be cancelled because our team is already doing their best to arrange delivery for you.
